HOW TO BID:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.

- Take your time & research the items you are interested in.
- Bid on the items you are ready to buy. Serious bids ONLY.
- When the auction closes, bidding is stopped automatically. The High Bidder will be notified via email & receive payment instructions at that time.
- The High Bidder for the Online Auction must pay for the item within 2 days online (or by June 20th in person) and will need to pick up the item gift certificate or voucher at Clear Channel Omaha 5010 Underwood Avenue, Omaha, NE 68132 beginning Friday, June 13th at 8am. You will have until Friday, June 20th at 5pm to pick up your item gift certificate or voucher. YOU WILL NEED CURRENT VALID PHOTO ID when picking up your item's gift certificate or voucher. If the winning bidder does not pick up by the deadline, the second highest bidder will be contacted.

- Gift Certificates or vouchers MUST be picked up by the actual bidder.
- The High Bidder will then take the certificate or voucher recieved at Clear Channel to the business location and exchange the certificate/voucher for the item purchased. If your item includes delivery, installation, etc., please make arrangements with that business. Clear Channel does not handle those details.

Your bid is a CONTRACT:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller.
Bidding & Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Clear Channel:

If you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction (meeting applicable minimum bid) and

Your bid is accepted by Clear Channel.
By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this agreement or unlawful. Unless you & Clear Channel decide otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a item voucher or certificate from Clear Channel. Bids are NOT retractable except in exceptional circumstances, such as: when Clear Channel changes the item's description after you bid; a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items.
Sales Tax:
Where applicable, you will be charged 7% sales tax when you purchase an item. The 7% tax will be caluclated and itemized for you at checkout.
